Refund policy

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

As an independent atelier producing limited-run collections, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

  • Fit & Preference Issues: Eligible for Store Credit or Exchange Only.

  • Quality & Fulfillment Issues: Eligible for a Full Cash Refund.

RETURNS FOR FIT OR PREFERENCE

If the item doesn't fit or you simply change your mind, we accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • How to Initiate: Email concierge@vaughnandvale.com with your Order #. We will reply with return instructions and our studio mailing address.

  • Option A (Size Exchange): FREE. We will provide a prepaid return label. Once received, we will ship your new size at no cost. (Limit 1 free exchange per order).

  • Option B (Store Credit): You will receive a Digital Gift Card for the full value of the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGES OR ERRORS

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and before removing any tags. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item:

  • How to Claim: Email concierge@vaughnandvale.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Claim Eligibility: Damages must be reported before tags are removed. Claims made for items that have been worn, washed, or de-tagged will be denied.

  • Resolution: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

INSPECTION & PROCESSING

All returns are subject to physical inspection upon arrival at our New York studio.

  • Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days after your return is delivered for us to inspect and process your request.

  • Approval: If the item is in original "Studio Condition" (unworn, unwashed, tags attached), your Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund will be issued immediately via email.

  • Rejection: If items are found to be worn, altered, stained, or missing tags, the return will be rejected. No credit or refund will be issued. You will be emailed an invoice to cover the shipping cost to return the item to you. If this invoice is not paid within 14 days, the item will be considered abandoned and donated/discarded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has been processed by our logistics team, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned for Store Credit upon delivery.

FINAL SALE

Items marked "Final Sale" (Archive Sales) are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
