Shipping policy
DIRECT FROM ATELIER
To ensure the highest standard of quality preservation, Vaughn & Vale utilizes a Direct-from-Atelier shipping model. Your garment is archived in our controlled production facility until the moment of dispatch. By eliminating intermediate warehouses and excessive handling, we ensure your piece arrives in pristine, untouched condition.
GLOBAL DELIVERY TIMELINE
Because items are dispatched directly from our international workshop, transit times reflect the journey from our atelier to your door.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 Business Days.

Tracking: All orders are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned at the dispatch facility.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to undergo final hand-inspection and packaging. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST may not be processed until the following Monday.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Vaughn & Vale is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping your order to a secure location (e.g., a business address or a residence with a doorman). If your package is lost in transit before delivery, we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched from our atelier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES

United States: Vaughn & Vale covers standard import duties for orders shipping to the US.

International: For destinations outside the US, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
